I created this blog to connect with and build a community of people who strive to be their best self in all areas of their lives specifically focusing on their professional and personal development.

I completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, graduating with a Distinction and a focus to qualify as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

I have previously worked as an Estate Agent in London and held various roles including working as an online marketing and SEO specialist since graduating with a BA (Hons) Business and Marketing Degree from Middlesex University, of which I achieved a First-Class Honours.

I have dabbled in business having set up a translation agency in partnership with a good friend of mine whom I met at university of which I chose to leave to pursue my other passions within the built environment.

More about me

I was born in Lusaka, Zambia where I spent the early part of my childhood before emigrating to the UK and to East London specifically where I spent my teenage years and part of my early twenties.

I had a brief stint in Manchester having had the opportunity to work for a property business before I relocated back to London where I currently reside.

I am a Christian and faith is a big part of my life.

Along this road to success and financial independence, I am also blessed to have a few close friends and family on similar journeys.

My other interests

Over the years I have developed an interest in running and cycling. I religiously attend my local Parkrun and have since taken part in several running events including the Vitality 10k, London Duathlon and Vitality Big Half Marathon. I also completed the Chase the Sun cycle challenge, cycling 205 miles across England in less than 24 hours.

I enjoy hiking, to date I have hiked Scafel Pike as well as taken part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge (a tough one)! I am involved with several charity initiatives and would like to get involved with more causes close to my heart which I may share at some future date.

Overall, I have succeeded, failed, succeeded, and failed again in various areas of my life which I will share more of through the content of this blog. One thing that has kept me going is The Will To Continue.

Often when it comes to success which I am sure we all aspire to have, there is a big focus on the word itself – SUCCEED.

We are told we need to be SUCCESSFUL, we need to do this and that to SUCCEED but I believe there is something we need to master before we are able to succeed and that is to have THE WILL TO CONTINUE because on the road to success the journey is not straight as many of you can relate, there are knock backs, detours, rejections, uncertainty, but it’s the will to persevere during these seasons of life which eventually lead to success, hence why you must Continue Then Succeed.  

Through this blog I would like to facilitate a group of ambitious, go getters who can come together, inspire and encourage each other to strive for greatness in whatever career or business they operate and are willing to openly help and share knowledge and resources with one another.

This blog is for anyone who feels it maybe too late to pursue their dreams, desires, or passions, to know that it simply isn’t!
